Dr. Ranyouri “Rainy” Senia is a Florida real estate instructor, REALTOR®, and Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) who brings a powerful combination of academic expertise and real-world experience into every class at the Tampa School of Real Estate (TSRE). Teaching the 63-hour Florida Real Estate Pre-Licensing course in South Tampa and live online, Rainy helps students gain the knowledge and confidence needed to pass the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) licensing exam and start their careers with a strong foundation.
Rainy’s background is truly unique. She holds both a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and a Ph.D. in Health Services, and brings the discipline, structure, and study strategies required to master complex material. Today, she is also an active real estate professional and licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, giving her students a complete, real-world understanding of how real estate transactions actually work — from property selection and contracts to financing and closing.
