Sharing Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above.

  • Financing Providers: If you choose to use third-party financing (e.g., Shop Pay Installments, PayPal, Affirm), we share necessary transaction and contact data with these providers to process your application and funding.

  • Shipping & Fulfillment: We share your name and shipping address with logistics providers (such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS) to deliver physical textbooks and course materials.

  • Education & Learning Platforms: We utilize third-party Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deliver course content and track student progress. Your name, email, and course data are shared with these providers to facilitate your education.

  • Communication & Marketing Providers: We use third-party providers for digital marketing (email automation) and communication services (VOIP and virtual reception).

  • Regulatory Bodies: We share student completion data (including Social Security Numbers where required) with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) to verify licensure eligibility.

  • Legal Compliance: We may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

SMS/Mobile Data Privacy Protection No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Shopify Network Intelligence & Enhanced Services

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes your data when you visit and make purchases on our store. We participate in Shopify Network Intelligence, which allows Shopify to securely use your customer data in combination with data from other merchants to improve products, ad targeting, and personalization.

  • How it works: Shopify may use your personal information to provide "Enhanced Services" to us and other merchants based on your interactions across the Shopify network. This helps match your intent with unique products and improves the relevance of ads you see.

Audio, Video, and Surveillance Policy

By engaging with our services, attending classes, or entering our facilities, you consent to the following recording practices:

  • Video Surveillance: Audio and video surveillance may be used at all physical campus locations for security and quality assurance purposes.

  • Classroom Photography & Video: By attending in-person classes or events, you consent to being photographed or filmed for marketing, social media, and internal record-keeping purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, you must file a formal Opt-Out Form with the administration office prior to the start of class.

  • Live Online Class Recordings: Live online (virtual) classes may be recorded for compliance, auditing, and record-keeping purposes.

    • Note to Students: These recordings are not available for student review or makeup credit. Students must attend Live Online classes in real-time to receive credit. For review purposes, we recommend utilizing our designated exam prep tools.

  • Virtual Receptionist & AI Analysis: All telephone calls and virtual interactions with our support team or virtual receptionists may be recorded, transcribed, and analyzed by Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to improve your educational experience, ensure quality service, and assist with training.

Behavioural Advertising

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. For example:

Retention and Student Records

General Retention: When you place an order through the Site, we will retain your Personal Information for our records unless and until you ask us to erase this information.

Student Record Exemption: Notwithstanding any "Right to Erasure" or "Right to be Forgotten," as a state-licensed real estate school, we are required by the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) and Florida statutes to maintain student records (including attendance, grades, and completion data) for a minimum of 5 years. Requests to delete data that we are legally required to retain for licensure verification will be denied in accordance with state law.

Automatic decision-making

If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the right to object to processing based solely on automated decision-making (which includes profiling), when that decision-making has a legal effect on you or otherwise significantly affects you.

We DO NOT engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or otherwise significant effect using customer data.

Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.

Services that include elements of automated decision-making include:

  • Temporary denylist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This denylist persists for a small number of hours.

  • Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses. This denylist persists for a small number of days.

Selling or Sharing Personal Information

Our Site does NOT sell Personal Information for monetary consideration.
