Experienced, Engaging, and Focused on Your Success
Jim Warmington has been a real estate instructor since 1993. At the Tampa School of Real Estate, he brings decades of teaching experience and a high-energy, motivational approach to his New Tampa real estate classes. His focus is on making challenging material understandable and helping students prepare with confidence.
Jim’s background includes degrees and certifications in Exceptional Student Education, Learning Disabilities, K–8 All Subjects, and 9–12 Social Studies and Psychology. That foundation shapes how he breaks complex concepts into manageable lessons for students with different learning needs and experiences.
His coaching experience at the Dan Gable Wrestling Camp and as Head Wrestling Coach at Florida International University contributes energy, structure, and encouragement to his classroom. He also served as a Curriculum Development Consultant to U.S. Secretary of Education Richard Riley and has trained students for major standardized exams.
In his 63-hour Florida Real Estate Pre-Licensing classes for students pursuing their first sales associate license, Jim connects real estate principles and Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) rules with preparation for the course exam and Florida real estate licensing exam. His experience also supports students continuing their education and advancing their careers.
