Florida Real Estate Instructor Ray Alexander
Experienced Brokerage Leadership. Practical Real Estate Instruction.
Ray Alexander is a managing broker and real estate instructor with more than 25 years of Florida real estate experience. At the Tampa School of Real Estate, he teaches real estate classes in Hyde Park and Lakeland, using practical examples to make contracts, real estate law, and math easier to understand.
Ray’s background includes teaching at other real estate schools and hiring, training, and mentoring agents. He has served in brokerage leadership roles with The Rand Wilson Group at SEASALT Properties and worked with Engel & Völkers. That experience gives him a practical perspective on the questions new agents face.
His transaction experience spans residential and commercial real estate, vacant land, site development, condominiums, and short sales. He connects those experiences with the concepts students study in the 63-hour Florida Real Estate Pre-Licensing course.
Ray’s teaching style is direct and focused. His aim is to help students understand how the material fits together, prepare for their course and Florida real estate licensing exams, and build a foundation for working with clients.
Prepare for your next step in real estate with Ray’s experienced, practical approach at TSRE.
