Charmayne “Sunny” Foreman is a Florida real estate instructor at the Tampa School of Real Estate. As a former real estate appraiser, Sunny brings practical perspective to property valuation and comparative market analysis. Her background as a court reporter adds experience working with precise language and detail—skills that inform her explanations of contracts, Florida real estate law, and Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) rules.

In the 63-hour Florida Real Estate Pre-Licensing course for students working toward their first sales associate license, Sunny connects the material with preparation for the end-of-course and Florida real estate licensing exams. Her emphasis is on understanding concepts and their application, with lessons organized to make challenging topics easier to follow.

Sunny also teaches broker prelicensing and broker postlicensing courses, bringing a perspective that extends from first-license preparation to more advanced real estate education. Her TSRE teaching experience includes live online and in-person classes.
