Florida Real Estate Instructor Nicole Davis

Nicole Davis is a licensed Florida real-estate broker, state-certified instructor, and the Operations Manager at the Tampa School of Real Estate. Since earning her Sales Associate license in 2019, Instructor license in 2020, and Broker license in 2022, Nicole has taught thousands of students through TSRE’s live online and South Tampa classes.
Students love Nicole’s teaching style — upbeat, clear, supportive and full of real-world examples. She makes even the toughest topics simple and engaging, helping new students feel confident, prepared and excited to conquer the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) licensing exam. Many describe her classes as “fun, interactive, and unforgettable.”
As TSRE’s Operations Manager, Nicole brings a unique advantage to her students. She oversees scheduling, student support and quality control, giving her deep insight into where students struggle and how to help them succeed. She has personally supported many students through DBPR issues, null & void reinstatements, and other challenges — a level of care that sets her apart. “Your success is my duty,” she says. “If you don’t succeed, I haven’t succeeded.”
A South Tampa resident since 2017, Nicole knows the area well — from Bayshore and Palma Ceia to Ballast Point and MacDill. She has experience working with buyers, sellers, first-time homeowners, and especially military families, a community close to her heart.
Outside the classroom, Nicole enjoys crafting, cooking, theme parks, remodeling projects with her sister, and spending time with her family. She also loves making students laugh — she jokes that real estate school is her comedy stage.
