Charmayne “Sunny” Foreman is a Florida real estate instructor at the Tampa School of Real Estate. As a former real estate appraiser, Sunny brings practical perspective to property valuation and comparative market analysis. In the 63-hour Florida Real Estate Pre-Licensing course for students working toward their first sales associate license, Sunny connects the material with preparation for the end-of-course and Florida real estate licensing exams.
