The course covers essential subjects, including real estate principles, practices, law, and mathematics, to prepare you for the Florida real estate sales associate exam.

Yes, the Tampa School of Real Estate offers the 63-hour pre-licensing course in various formats, including in-person classes, live online sessions, and on-demand online courses, providing flexibility to suit your schedule.

The course concludes with a 100-question final exam. You must score at least 70% to pass. If you do not pass on the first attempt, you must wait 30 days before retesting.

After completing the course and passing the end-of-course exam, you can schedule the state licensing exam through Pearson VUE by visiting their website or calling their customer service line.

In addition to the pre-licensing course tuition, there are fees for fingerprinting, the state application, and the state exam. The total estimated cost ranges from approximately $370 to $960.

The duration varies based on the format chosen. In-person and live online classes may follow a set schedule, while on-demand online courses allow you to complete the material at your own pace.
