Central Florida Experience With a Clear Focus on Learning
Sharina George is a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker Realty and teaches Lakeland real estate classes at the Tampa School of Real Estate. Working with buyers and sellers across Central Florida, she brings practical examples from new construction, vacant land, and relocation into her teaching.
In TSRE’s 63-hour Florida Real Estate Pre-Licensing course, Sharina focuses on making unfamiliar concepts easier to follow. From property ownership and contracts to Florida real estate law and math, she connects the material with situations that give it meaning.
Before entering real estate, Sharina spent 20 years in marketing, including 10 years as a Marketing Director. Her “Living In Lakeland, Florida” YouTube channel reflects her experience communicating local real estate and community information. That background adds perspective on understanding an audience and explaining information clearly.
For students pursuing their first license, Sharina’s focus is on building understanding and preparing for the end-of-course and Florida real estate licensing exams.
