Jim Warmington has been a real estate instructor since 1993 and has helped tens of thousands of students earn their real estate license and launch successful careers. Known for his high-energy, results-driven teaching style, Jim delivers powerful training that prepares students to pass the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) exam and confidently step into the real estate industry.

Jim holds multiple degrees and certifications in Exceptional Student Education, Learning Disabilities, K–8 All Subjects, and 9–12 Social Studies and Psychology, giving him a unique ability to break down complex real estate concepts into clear, easy-to-understand lessons for every type of learner.

Before entering real estate education, Jim served as a coach at the renowned Dan Gable Wrestling Camp and as Head Wrestling Coach at Florida International University, where he developed the discipline, focus, and motivational style that define his classes today. He also served as a Curriculum Development Consultant to U.S. Secretary of Education Richard Riley and has trained students for major standardized exams — experience that directly translates into helping students succeed on the Florida real estate exam.
