1. What's Required to Get a Florida Real Estate License
2. What if I'm not a resident or a citizen?
You don't have to be! As long as you have a US social security number, you can earn a Florida real estate license.
The course, application and exams can all be done online before you even come to Florida! You even mail in your Fingerprints on a card to a Florida Live scan provider.
Don't have a US social security number?
Contact an immigration attorney for details about obtaining a US social security number as a non-citizen.
3. What if I have a criminal background?
You may still be able to earn a Florida real estate license! If you have complied with all necessary court requirements and can present yourself professionally, you have a high likelihood of approval. The course even includes a referral for an attorney that can assist you in the licensing process!
