Starting Real Estate Career in 2023

Are you planning on doing real estate in 2023?

Now you might be saying, but it's only October!

If you want to take advantage of the Spring Selling Season, you need to be ready to roll by January 1st and the time to act is now!

The licensing process can take up to 90 days for full approval from the DBPR, and you must obtain this approval before you can take the state exam. 

You must also complete all necessary coursework with the full certification before being able to test for your state exam.

Once you pass, you're automatically issued a license, however, you must activate with a broker and complete their new agent orientation requirements prior to being able to actually use your license.
