The course concludes with a 100-question exam, requiring a passing score of 70%. If you do not pass on the first attempt, a 30-day waiting period is required before retesting.

After completing the course and passing the end-of-course exam, you can schedule the state licensing exam through Pearson VUE by visiting their website or calling their customer service line.  

After obtaining your broker license, you must complete 60 hours of post-licensing education during your first renewal cycle of 18 to 24 months.

Yes, if you have held a valid real estate broker’s license for at least 24 months during the preceding five years in another state, you may be eligible to apply for a Florida broker license. A current certification of license history from the state where you gained experience is required.
