Completing Your Florida Post-licensing Requirement Can Be Easy!
Step 1: Complete FREC Required Post Licensing Course
Active or inactive, you're required to complete post-licensing by your first renewal deadline (18-24 months from licensure). Failure to complete the FREC required Post Licensing course by midnight of your expiration will cause your license to become NULL & VOID!
Step 2: Pass End of Course Exam
There is no state exam required for the Post Licensing course. However, you must successfully pass the end-of-course exam with a 75% or higher.
Once you pass the end-of-course exam, we will file your completion with the Florida DBPR. It may take up to 72 hours for completed hours to show in your DBPR portal. Please contact us if your hours are not showing after 72 hours.
Step 3: Pay Your State Renewal Fee
The final step of your license renewal is to pay your renewal fee. The fee is currently $64 to renew your license and can be completed through your online account on the DBPR Website.
