  • In the second module, Selling to Your Sphere of Influence, we will explore different strategies for growing your business, with an emphasis on building relationships, not leads. We will also look at how to build a sphere of influence business plan that will work in tandem with the broader business plan you will be creating in the first module.
  • In the third module, Today’s MLS, we will look at how to use the MLS system to improve your business, better serve your clients, and more efficiently work toward meeting the goals you set for yourself in your business plan.

Step by Step Guide to Completing the Broker Post License Requirement

A Florida Broker Licensee is required to complete the 60 hour post licensing course by the first renewal deadline of their broker license. Failure to complete the necessary requirement will result in your broker licensiong becoming NULL & VOID.

Step 1: Enroll in the Broker Post Licensing Course

The Florida Real Estate Commission requires you complete 60 credit hours of broker post licensing from a FREC approved real estate school.

Step 2: Complete Course & End of Course Exam

Once you have completed the course, the review for the end-of-course exam begins. Everything you need to know for the end of course exam will be covered in the review sections. The course will take you through every chapter going over the material for your end of course exams.

The end of course exams are 50 questions each. Every question is 4 option multiple choice. This exam is timed and you have three hours to complete. A passing score is 75% qualifies you to sit for the state exam.

The Florida Real Estate Commission requires you wait at least 30 days before retaking the end of course exam, which gives you plenty of time to brush up on the course material.
